US Shipping Rules: Free shipping within United States only.
Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico, US Protectorates and International addresses.
NOTE: We do not also currently deliver to PO boxes; APO (military) boxes; FPO (foreign) boxes; DPO (diplomatic) boxes; Freight Forwarders; Hotels or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S.
Cancellation Rules: If you purchased an item and then request it to be canceled or if an address is incorrect and therefore would require a cancellation, due to costs already incurred i.e. PayPal Fees also time provided for our services the Cancellation Fee is 5% plus tax. Should your item already be in transit with a courier then additional fees will apply, please see Return cost Rules.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your item once received for any reason, please email us within 14 days for a Return Authorization. Each item should be packaged and returned in its original shipping box ensuring that proper return documentation is attached to each box, you acknowledge responsibility for the return Postage & Packaging costs with a 15% Restocking Fee plus tax.
If you item needs to be returned due to i.e. goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised we will pay for the collection and have a return postage label emailed to you (please allow 5 to 8 working days). We will then replace your item or when not possible give a full refund.
